Light diffusion PC material is a high performance engineering plastic specially developed for automotive lamps. Taking polycarbonate as the base material, it is made through precise modification processes with dedicated light diffusing additives. It isan indispensable core raw material for modern automotive lighting systems.

This material achieves an optimal balance between high light transmittance and uniform light diffusion. It successfully converts concentrated LED point light sources into soft and even surface light sources, eliminating dazzling light spots effectively. It improves driving visual comfort and night travel safety without sacrificing overall lighting efficiency.

Excellent impact resistance: Its impact strength is more than 10 times higher than conventional acrylic materials, protecting lamp structures from damage caused by road gravel impact and vehicle vibration.

Extreme temperature and UV resistance: With professional anti-UV modification, the material withstands extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to 120°C. It avoids yellowing and embrittlement under long-term outdoor exposure, delivering a service life of more than 10 years.

Lightweight & great processability: Featuring a low density of 1.2g/cm3, it greatly reduces vehicle weight and cuts energy consumption compared with glass. It supports injection molding, welding and other mainstream processing technologies, and can be molded into complex curved surfaces to match personalized lamp designs for various vehicle models.

Our light diffusion PC material is applicable to automotive headlights, taillights, daytime running lights and other lamp components. It satisfies strict requirements on optical performance, safety and appearance design for both traditional fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles, supporting the intelligent and high-end upgrading of global automotive lighting industry.
